Three rules for your data.

We are a European team and treat client data with discretion. These rules apply to every engagement.

  1. Least access.

    We ask for the minimum access the work needs, and nothing more.

  2. Kept only as long as needed.

    Your data stays with us only as long as the work requires.

  3. Never reused.

    What we see in your project is used for your project. It is never reused beyond it.

Ownership and paperwork

What you own, in writing.

You own the work. The paperwork to back it is available before we see anything sensitive.

  1. Ownership. You own the code, the prompts and the data. At handover you get all of it, with the documentation to run it.
  2. DPA. A data processing agreement is available on request.
  3. NDA. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, before you share anything confidential.
